I am currently based in Rockhampton in Central Queensland and have created this website, along with some other online programs in the hope of helping as many women as I can with their health and wellness.  I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006, which then sent me straight into menopause as a result of the chemotherapy, which has led me to where I am today.  I found when fighting breast cancer that if I took control of my mindset, it would be a far easier journey.

This is exactly what I did.

So, after years of working in hospitality, I took an avid interest in the subconscious mind and how it can help in healing and after joining groups and forums, I have seen how many women are suffering, especially with menopause symptoms – and it is just so sad and menopause is unforgiving!
